Product Introduction
Fiberglass braided extruded wrapped pipe is a new type of casing material. Composed of an inner woven layer, an intermediate layer, and an outer woven layer, it is formed through a pultrusion process. The inner and outer weaving layers designed with different weaving angles, as well as the longitudinal and circumferential composite intermediate layers, together form an ideal composite material product, mainly used in power cable protection sleeves.
Product Features
Fiberglass braided winding pipe is made of high-strength glass fiber composite material as reinforcement material. Through winding, curing, and composite molding, it has high strength, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, insulation, flame retardancy, and good heat resistance. The inner wall is smooth, and the installation and construction are simple, convenient, and the service life is long.
Fiber reinforced composite materials are composite materials formed by winding, molding, or extruding reinforcing fiber materials such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber, and matrix materials. According to the different reinforcing materials, common fiber-reinforced composite materials are divided into glass fiber reinforced composite materials, carbon fiber reinforced composite materials, and aramid fiber reinforced composite materials.
