Product Introduction
PVC special-shaped pipe is innovatively developed on the basis of circular corrugated pipe. The pipe integrates the sheath and sub pipe, and is formed by one-time extrusion. It has a beautiful shape and is made of PVC engineering plastic. It has high compressive strength, light weight, long service life, smooth inner wall, low friction, easy construction, can resist external forces, and is resistant to acid and alkali, corrosion, and has the function of protecting light and cables. Convenient construction, reduces the area of broken roads, allows for one-time installation of cables, has a low overall cost, has a square shaped inner hole, has a large effective space, and is convenient for threading light and cables. The products are mostly single hole tubes, four hole tubes, and nine hole tubes. Widely used in fiber optic communication, cable television, multimedia transmission and other support and decoration guardrail projects. Its size and color can be customized according to customer needs.
Laying standards
1. When laying pipes, prevent them from arching in the trench.
2. Before laying the pipe, both ends of the pipe should be tightly sealed to prevent water, soil, and other debris from entering the pipe.
3. The pipeline should be straight at the bottom of the ditch.
4. After the pipeline is laid out, it should be connected and sealed as soon as possible, and the ports of the pipeline with lead in holes should be promptly sealed.
5. Tie with iron wire at regular intervals according to design requirements.
6. When there is water in the trench, the water should be drained before laying the pipe.
7. When laying pipes, the grid pipes should be picked up immediately after passing under obstacles to avoid the pipe skin dragging the ground.
8. After laying the pipes, they should be buried 300mm in the soil to minimize the exposure time of the straight wall pipes and prevent them from being damaged by human factors or other factors.Product Specifications
