Product Introduction

CFRP carbon spiral pipe is a new type of power cable protection pipeline produced mainly from high-density polyethylene and modified carbon, using extrusion molding and unique rotary molding technology. Due to its unique thread design, it has multiple advantages such as high strength, high toughness, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high insulation resistance, good flame retardancy, light weight, long service life, and resistance to deformation. Construction method

1.Selection of Carbon Pipe Diameter
Select based on cable outer diameter, allowable voltage, current, and other engineering conditions.

2. Digging engineering trenches
According to relevant department regulations and user requirements, the width and depth of the trench excavation must be determined based on the number of cables laid. The distance between pipes and trenches is 50mm, and the distance between pipes is 30mm.

3.Laying

After placing the carbon pipe into the trench, areas with large bends must be sealed with cement to prevent entanglement or compression. At the connection between the two casing pipes, the casing pipe heads must be fixed with bricks and cement.

4. Connect

When two carbon pipes need to be connected, first screw the joint to one end of the connected pipe, then invert it to the other end of the connected pipe, and wrap it with PVC sealing tape.

5. Backfilling

After laying the carbon pipe as required, backfill it with the original soil from the trench excavation. And compact the backfill soil.
