Product Introduction
MPP (Modified Polypropylene) power cable protection pipe is a construction project that does not require extensive dredging, excavation, or damage to the road surface. It is used to lay pipelines, cables, and other construction works in special areas such as roads, railways, buildings, and riverbeds. Compared with the traditional method of "digging trenches and burying pipes", non excavation power pipe engineering is more suitable for current environmental protection requirements, removing disturbing factors such as dust flying and traffic congestion caused by traditional construction. This technology can also be used to lay pipelines in areas where excavation operations cannot be carried out, such as historical sites, urban areas, crop and farmland protection areas, highways, rivers, etc.
MPP (modified polypropylene) power cable protection pipe has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and external pressure resistance, and is suitable for cable conduit pipes of high-voltage transmission lines above 10KV. The commonly used specifications for pipes are Φ 110 - Φ 315, which are divided into ordinary and reinforced types. The ordinary type is suitable for excavation and laying construction, as well as non excavation crossing construction projects with a depth of less than 4M; The reinforced type is suitable for non excavation crossing construction projects with a burial depth greater than 4M.

Use a welding machine to perform hot welding and butt joint. The fusion point should be around 200 degrees Celsius and not exceed 220 degrees Celsius. When the temperature reaches the desired level, both ends can be joined together. Due to the hot melt welding method used for the connection of MPP pipes, poor welding joints can damage the cables or potentially flatten them, so MPP power pipes must be made of brand new materials.
MPP Power Pipe Construction Instructions
1. During the transportation and construction of pipes, it is strictly prohibited to throw, hit, scratch, or expose them to sunlight at will.|
2. During hot melt docking, the axis of the two pipes should be aligned, and the end face cutting should be vertical and flat.
3. Adjust the processing temperature, time, pressure, and climate conditions accordingly.
4. The minimum bending radius of the pipe should be ≥ 75 pipe outer diameter.
